Who can apply
- Woman and citizen of a developing or emerging economy where women are underrepresented in STEM
- Not holding dual citizenship with a developed country
- Preparing for a PhD or postdoctoral research in a STEM discipline (Master's not funded)
- Enrolled, admitted, or applied to a host university or research institute abroad
- Excellent academic record and proven teaching experience
- Commitment to return home to contribute to socio-economic development
