The program includes an intensive language course, cultural immersion, and a research internship at one of the universities or research institutions in the Ruhr region, including TU Dortmund University. The fellowship aims to foster international exchange, enhance academic and professional skills, and build lasting connections between participants and the Ruhr region's academic and industrial community.
Who can apply
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, or senior) at a North American partner university.
- Strong academic record in a relevant field of study.
- Demonstrated interest in gaining international experience and developing professional skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; prior knowledge of German is beneficial but not required
