The Maguire Scholars Program, established by the Maguire Foundation, provides "last dollar" scholarship support to students graduating from partner high schools. The program aims to support and enrich students by offering opportunities for excellent education and fostering future leaders and responsible citizens. Maguire Scholars are selected by their respective institutions and are expected to maintain good academic standing, actively participate in school and community activities, and demonstrate financial need.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Financial support covering the remaining cost of tuition after other grants and scholarships have been applied.
- Renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study, contingent upon maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and active participation in extracurricular and community service activities.
Who can apply
- Graduation from a Maguire Foundation partner high school.
- High school GPA of at least 3.0.
- Demonstrated financial need, with an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) between $0 and $25,000.
- Active participation in school and/or community volunteer extracurricular activities.
- Acceptance and enrollment as a full-time student at a partner college or university.
