Who can apply
- US citizen
- Full-time second-year student in a four-year program (or third-year in a five-year program)
- Enrolled at an accredited US college or university
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, maintained throughout undergraduate study
- Declared major in a NOAA-mission discipline
