Who can apply
- US citizen or national
- Undergraduate in good standing at an accredited US institution (two- or four-year)
- Receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application or during the study-abroad term
- Participating in a credit-bearing study-abroad or internship program of up to an academic year
