The Postdoctoral Fellowship Scheme offered by the Northern Ireland and North East Doctoral Training Partnership (NINE DTP) provides one year of support for recent PhD graduates to consolidate their doctoral research. This fellowship is designed to help early-career researchers develop publications, expand professional networks, and enhance research and professional skills.
Who can apply
- Applicants must have received their PhD from a UK Research Organisation.
- Applicants must have had their viva (passed, or passed with minor revisions).
- Applicants may have no more than 15 months of postdoctoral research experience, measured from their viva voce pass date to the application deadline.
- Successful candidates must meet employment conditions and secure a valid visa or work permit if required.
