Who can apply
- Doctoral student or postdoctoral trainee in the health professions
- Will hold a doctoral or terminal degree by the start of the fellowship
- Citizen or permanent resident of the US or an eligible partner country (e.g. Cameroon, Ghana, India, Kenya, Nepal, Peru, Thailand, Uganda)
- Have both a US mentor and an international research-site mentor within a consortium
